I saw an old friend recently, and she asked what I was eating these days. This is a topic that we have discussed often. In fact l notice this is a very popular topic among women. l love and hate this topic. I love to eat and feel good afterward. But sometimes l g et tired of the ‘food war’ conversations that can erupt. I get that everyone has their opinion, it’s just that l don’t feel like hearing all the defense arguments about why a certain diet strategy is the best.

Are we becoming too obsessed about how exactly to eat? This is a personal decision, and it's time we take ownership of our own food strategies.
