How many times have you caught yourself saying "I'll be happy when?"  And how many times have you actually been genuinely happy? Happiness is not a result people!  It's an attitude that is a prerequisite for everything. 

Midlife lady, if you have had this attitude for most of your life [ no guilt here, I am recovering from this]  you have wasted years of your life waiting to be happy.
